Finance and Accounts Team
- ADRS has experienced, intellectual, trained and efficient financial team lead by Ms.
Anuradha Jayaraman qualified FCA, IP, ACS,ACMA, who look after various finance and
accounts related assignment during CIRP and Liquidation Process.
- ADRS provides valuation support such as Registered Valuers for valuation of the
assets of the Corporate Debtor; auditors for receipt and payment account, brokers for
the sale of assets and even for selling the Corporate Debtor as going concern
- ADRS maintains a panel of Legal , Financial Professionals, Chartered Accountants,
Registered valuers, Media agencies, to support the Resolution process, Liquidation
Process.
- ADRS professionals also act as Authorised representatives to the Insolvency
professionals.
- ADRS professionals support in preparation and compilation of Asset Memorandum,
Preliminary Reports, Progress Reports and co-ordinate for the information required in
the process of Insolvency resolution process.
