May, 2023 and recognised by IBBI as an IPE and also member of IIIPI of ICAI.

We have offices at Mumbai (Corporate Office), Chennai (Head Office) and Pune
(Registered Office) and backed by qualified man power available to provide timely
qualitative professional services across the country.
Objectives
- The entity is established with its key objective of providing all kind
of Insolvency Professional services, assistance, consultancy to its
associate Directors/partners to act as Insolvency Professionals (as
Corporate Entity) in cases related to Insolvency and Bankruptcy
Code, 2016.
- Providing Interim Resolution Professional, Resolution Professional
and Liquidation Services to Corporate Clients Promoted by
experienced professionals.
- Diversified and strong clientele across India : Eminent Chartered
Accountants, Advocates, Company Secretaries, Cost Accountants,
Valuers, Legal experts and persons with managerial capabilities are
our associates working together for our Clients.

Being an IPE, recognised as an IP by IIIP ICAI, ADRSD provides the following services under inslvency and bankruptcy code, 2016 (IBC):
- Resolution Professional in Fresh Start Process under Chapter II of the IBC;
- Resolution Professional in Insolvency Resolution Process of Individuals,
Proprietorship Concerns and Partnership Firms under Chapter III of the IBC;
- Bankruptcy Trustee in the Bankruptcy process of any Individual or Partnership Firm;
- Interim Resolution Professional in the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process for
Corporate Debtor;
- Resolution Professional in the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate
Debtor;
- Liquidator in the Liquidation Process of any Corporate Debtor;
- Liquidator in the process of Voluntary Liquidation of a Corporate Debtor under section
59 of the IBC.
Apart from being an IRP/IP/Liquidator, we also provide
support services to Insolvency Professionals in handling the
CIRP, Liquidation, Voluntary Liquidation and other
assignments under IBC, 2016.
